awww yessss
dude we need to do a homebrew swap soon.
I'm starting to feel like our IPAs are getting to where I wanted them to be. Especially since I started switching to a mix of 2row and pils. I'll probably do the next one just all pils and maybe a touch of honey malt or c20? like less than 4%
We're just starting to get better at CO2 pressure xfer, so hopefully next time I send out homebrews they won't be flat as fuk and hop-less by the time they get to the homeys.
Trillium / Other Half collab killed it.
Seriously in the top 3 IPAs I've ever had... ridiculous good

^thanks bros. keg just kicked tonight... i tapped it on the 31st and it took at least 3 days to condition. how i went through 5 gallons of that in less than two weeks i dont know.
janks - we should def. do a swap sometime. i just packaged 10 gallons of my latest iipa tonight. it's gonna be a good 2 weeks before it's conditioned and cleared though. i am a total noob at racking out of this conical and transferred WAY more trub than i usually do. next time im gonna wait until cold crash is over before i drop anything besides a pitch of yeast for the next batch.bmbc

Gotta admit... it looks clarity as fuk
I haven't been bothering with cold crash. I was listening to a podcast where Jay from the Rare Barrel was talking about how they prefer not to, because he feels that if the fruit they use drops out, it removes flavor. I kind of assumed the same would happen with hops. Could be wrong though.
We just bottled some Hop Denim. My fav batch yet... aromatic as fuk and super pineapple/tropical. We did it old school though, out of a bucket with sugar solution. I'm pretty skeptical on how much O2 got up in there, so I'm gunna give it two weeks and see if it's flattening/losing hops.Common Sense Crew

Depends on the location; shoulda hit me up for info. The brewpub fries are great and the sammies are just okay to awesome depending on which one; they had a brisket and sausage sammich when I was last there and it was borderline amazing. At the brewery, the pizza and pretzel is the titties.
Which one you at? Looks like the ghay brewpub judging by the table or bar.Official Supp. Misc Beer Policeman

Thanks braj. I've been wantin to send you some of the latest Homebrew but have been reluctant to ship it through this 100*+ heat. Still have your Crux glass. Dat IBUsive is one of the best IPA's I've ever had. Fukking fleshie got me started on it now I'm ruined
@ janks & whalezbra - here is the IIPA I packaged last night. Brewed it 14 days ago so it's foggy. It's drinking like a fresh pour off the bright tank today though and the hops are face melting..
It's got a 70/30 pale/pale ale base healthy dose of flaked & malted rye. pinch of Munich to balance dry, spiciness of the rye. No crystal malt.
Hops are mostly El Dorado & Citra with Simcoe/Colombus to add some dank pine to all that fruity/citrusy shet
