Hey guys,
Do any of you have any experience with receding hair lines? My hair line is slowly but shirley moving further and further away from my face. Kind of like Lebron James except I am not a huge superstar athlete black guy with millions of dollars, so my hairline won't be as easily overlooked.
Any ways to combat this while I still can? Or is it a losing battle?
Thanks!

I have friends who've had success with Rogain, but there are possible side effects. Not worth the risk for me. Just go with the new look. A very close-cropped cut usually looks best with receding hair.
My hair receded in my 30's into a widows peak look, but now it's been basically the same for the past 10 years or so. So there is hope that the receding will subside.

My hair has definitely begun doing the same thing. I tried Rogain for awhile. I am on my feet a lot at work and for some reason when I was using it I would come home and my feet were killing me. It took me awhile to figure out why, once I quit using it the soreness in my feet stopped. As others have said, cut your hair accordingly and avoid the comb over.

Propecia (finasteride) has some scary potential side effects. I've read too many stories about it ruining men's lives with side effects that don't go away after they stop taking it, including impotence and mental problems. Apparently intolerance to alcohol is a somewhat common side effect too.

Just accept it. Go for the younger Bruce Willis... Get a pair of clippers and use the #4 all over your head and a #2 straight up the sides... look and many girls will love it.
I tried the Rogaine when I was dating after my divorce... but the women kept complaining about this extra hair that kept growing between their legs.
