I feel like my arms are getting bigger and that I'm slimming down a bit. I'm not upset with my weight being pretty steady because I feel like the recomp is going pretty well. Also hitting legs hard. Sorry I probably haven't been updating as much as I should, but I'm still tracking my workouts so I'll put a few up now. Didn't get to lift today or yesterday due to work, but I had a solid sesh on Saturday. Posting up now
I'm also 5 days into the second bottle of CM. So far I feel like it's working - excited to see how the next couple months treat me!
Once I finish this next bottle, I'll remeasure and post pics as well to hopefully show a bit of a transformation

Friday I hit leg day with a bunch of heavy squats (for me)
Walked 2 miles to start/loosen up and then hit my sets
225 x 4
275 x 5
275 x 5
275 x 6
275 x 4
295 x 2
Leg Press
4 sets of 6 at seven plates each side. I made sure the reps were slow on the decline of the sled and tried to explode coming up
Does anyone else love to hate leg day? It makes me feel sick, and I can barely walk after.... but that makes it worth it.
Straight leg deadlifts with 135
3 sets of 6
Leg Extension with single leg
110 x 5 for 3 sets each leg

Saturday I also hit a hard chest/tri day because I knew I wouldn't be working out Sunday or today due to work
Last set of heavy lifts for that week
Bench Press
135 x 5 warmup
245 x 5

265 x 2
Incline Press
175 x 5
195 x 3
215 x 2
So there's a chest exercise I do where I put two 10's together in my palms and squeeze... and slowly push them away from my chest. I did that for 3 sets of 8 reps. I feel like it really isolates my inner chest by my sternum. I don't know how to better explain it, so if you don't get it, I could post up a video sometime
Chest flies on machine at 135 pounds

Triceps - underhand bench press to isolate triceps

175 x 4
Skullcrushers w/ preacher curl bar and 25's on each side

Started out in the gym today with 2 miles of slow running (10 minute pace) because the gym was packed
