Damn bro.
That said, I went 8 hours and 20 min no misc today. I had to find stuff to actually do today during the time I usually misc. My addiction is really strong because all I wanted to do in the 50 min that I was awake was MISC. Feels badman, but neckbeards like me just gotta change.
That included things like shaving, brushing teeth, doing laundry, stuff that most people usually do, and neckbeards like me usually don't

this is me 1000x
it sucks because it is indeed a vicious cycle. I could literally (and have done in the past) stop all forms of social media and internet usage, but when it comes to miscing its an addiction at its finest. It's just as, like someone has said it before, there are so many different kinds of threads and what not you dont really want to miss out on...although those threads are few and far in between.
i really want to quit recreational usage of the internet cold turkey, but everytime I start I find myself so bored that I come right back into it. Goes to show you how much time I've actually wasted on the internet.San Diego Chargers and Minny Twolves all day baby!!

You don't need to quit the misc, you need to fix your problems with agency. The misc can be a very helpful place if you choose to see it that way. Of course, you shouldn't spend 6 hours a day on here, but I'd imagine you have larger issues to deal with considering your self-profession as a virgin beta cuckold...

read the whole thread, there are certain people that said, in, on,y 2 hours today, etc.
Me, I am doing an incremental based approach, where I add 20 min each day to my no misc time.
I think it's working, though it is not THAT easy, and I have to remind myself that I am on no-misc mode.
If you want to do what I do, write down how long you usually sleep, and that is your no-misc initial starting period. Everyday, that should be 20 min longer. I'm on 9 hour no-misc now, but in about a bit more than a month, I will be able to do a whole 24 hours no-misc.
