I do, and I don't get sick from it...Usually take a pre, pump, eaa, add in what I need (creatine, ba, alcar) then take hbcd w/ bcaa/eaa intra.

Strongly prefer to workout fasted and in early am. If I can;t do the early am I just don't have the time later on...

Yea I do. I guess its not completely fasted. I take a pre then sip on an intra while lifting. No solid food of any kind though. Its just what I have gotten most comfortable with over the years.

Tried....can't do it. Hardly any endurance. Subpar pumps. Weak lifts.

PWO: Rawfusion bar + banana or Protein shake w/ oats. Seems to keep me going throughout my workout.
