Hey guys and girls, been stuck at a very crappy plateau. Weighed in at 220.6 on Saturday but had a terrible weekend, so I am sure I gained at least 3 pounds of sodium. But whatever, it is what it is --> learn, do better and live.
But starting a low carb diet now from tomorrow to New Years. I want to lose as much fat possible, gain as much muscles as possible and hopefully have that near flat stomach I've been hoping for.
I don't expect to hit 168 lbs by the end of the year but can fully expect 180 lbs which is a reasonable goal in my opinion. I hope to hit the 168 goal by next May.
Right now I really just want to lose a solid 40 pounds to get to 180 and from 180, I'd like to do an ultra slow cut with added carbs to 168 lbs (slowly reintroducing carbs).

Almost exactly 2 years later from my last post, I am back at 268.2. And four years from when I posted this.
Had one of the roughest year and a half of my entire life. But I should have handled it better, depression sucks.
I know I can get to my goal weight, the lowest I have gotten was 215, which was January 2017.
I am choosing to look past the negative, and just focus on the now.
Since I feel like I started my journey here, I want to complete it here.
