    Sah, bro. I like to lift. I dig Eric Bugenhagen, Zach Rowen, freakied0550, etc. I train Bulgarian Lite, heavy on the Lite. Everyday, most times twice a day, I'll work up to a pr on whatever lifts I'm doing. The second work out is usually pump and fluff or otherwise a more volume focused workout.

    Today-

    OHP- 150 x 1

    Squat- 145 x 22, was going for 20 but lost count.

    Barbell Rows- 185 x 1, then 135 x 10.

    Goals-

    OHP- 185 x 1

    Squat- 185 x 20

    Barbell Row- 225 x 1

    I was pressed for time the last couple days so I switched to Conventional Deadlifts.

    2/5/19:
    I hit 375 on Conventional.
    2/6/19:
    Was feeling very weak, couldn't even budge 365.

    135 for 5x5 on bench, 185 for 5x5 on squat. Right shoulder feels stiff when I woke up this morning, a lot better after mobility.

    PR's over the last couple of days:

    Deadlift- 385 for 1, 325 for 5

    Bottoms Up Bench- 205 for 1

    Overall I'm really happy with my deadlifting, but I want to up my pressing. Most likely going to focus on bench and overhead.

    Today's Workout PR's

    Squatted 295 for 1, was a grinder but felt much better than the last time I tried it

    Overhead Pressed 150 for two singles, feels really good, I like it a lot more than bench press so I'm just gonna wholly switch over.

    10 sets of 3 pullups, no real back pump but I could feel some stimulation.

    3 sets supersetting 45 lb plate swings for 30 with 10 burpees for some cardio, felt awful but great.
