Thumbs up How high is your vertical jump guys?

I heard OL have high vertical jump due to explosiveness in exercises

    So was wondering..

    How high is your vj?

    Do you do pylometrics

If someone who never done any jump training could check it out for me that would be cool.

Make sure that you don't confuse it with box jump.

I haven't measured mine but I am 5'9" and can dunk fairly easy, but I have always been able to jump since I was in HS.

Just the physics of the lift would give you a solid vertical. If you explode to like 150% of your BW then you will be able to jump pretty high. Not sure how effective of a method it is though for solely increasing your vertical. If you are low on mass and strength in your legs it is probably good. If you already have big strong legs then something more focused like plyos is probably better. YMMV.
