This week was a great week! Really noticed the strength coming in, probably the best week #'s wise in this entire log. The last bottle is nearing an end but i am gonna take advantage of the BOGO here probably this week.
Highlights:
Deadlift: back over 300 pounds pretty easy for explosive reps
Arms: preacher curl 45 pounds each side for 5 reps
Skull crusher 100 for 8, both PRs for this log
Chest: hit 95 dbs flat for 5
I'll do a final weigh in this weekend with bodyfat for comparison

Personal Feelings: Overall I feel this was a highly successful log, I lost a little bit of BF and put on a little bit of LBM. My weight went as high as 181 but I trimmed down over the past recent weeks as summer is approaching. ALL my lifts went up, and I mean all of them. When you have been training for 10+ years you have to scratch tooth and nail for even the smallest gains in the gym. CM allowed me to train more often, with higher volume, and helped prevent overtraining. CM is a winner in my book, I would place it just behind a Protein Source in terms of rank. I will continue to run/use it after this log.
Clear Muscle shines with:
High training volumes
when cutting

Portable dip bar is the best
I think portable dip bar is the best home gym equipment for everyone. Because I am using dip bar since 5 years it makes me leaner and most muscular . I suggest to everyone that if you have no time to go to the gym bring a dip bar at your home it will change your fitness journey. If your shoulder are huge you look bigger and good.
