    Today is legs hypertrophy:

bunch of drop sets, yayyyyy hahaha

I wanted to add for today only I tried PES alpha-amine, just one scoop, it will not be a consistent add-on. Tomorrow it will be back to clear muscle and protein only

    Day 45:

    Leg Hypertrophy:

    wow what a great workout:

Ham Curls: 5 sets x 10 reps with a drop set each set

Knee Extension: 5 sets with a drop set each set

    Front Squat: 4 sets x 10 reps (165)

    Walking lunges: 10 steps each leg x 4 sets 40 # dbs

Leg press: 5 plates x 4 sets x 10 reps plus strip set on last set

    Cardio:
HIIT x 20 min sprints 15 mins and stairs for 5 min

Clear Muscle really not getting too sore at this point after my workouts. IMO it is partially due to me adjusting to the high volume routine and also to the HMB-FA. Continuing to get stronger, especially in the legs.

great to hear the DOMs are decreasing and you keep getting stronger thanks to the help from ClearMuscle and betaTOR.

I would agree that it is a combination of both. Clear Muscle is definitely great for recovery. You will notice that even more when you are off of it for a while.

It's fun when you drop the Clear Muscle out of your supplementation, then get hit with a whole lot of DOMS in like the first week roughly. That's an eye opener.

Yesterday i blew up chest and Tri's

My Tri's actually got sore for once, it was the supersets that got me.

    Chest feels good!

Highlight of the workout was def just focusing on chest with a little lighter weight since it was 5 sets x 10 reps on DB incline and DB Flat. I run out of endurance quickly that is for sure, always have in terms of reps on first set vs reps on last set with short rest intervals.

    Today was back and biceps

    Neutral grip pullups
    30 reps, 16 reps, 15 reps, 12 reps

    Seal Row
    5 sets x 10 reps x 45 pound DB's

    underhand lat pulldown:
    5 sets x 10 reps

    DB Row:
    50# x 5 sets x 10 reps

    DB Spider Curl:
    30# x 5 sets x 10 reps

    DB Preacher Curl:
    30# x 5 sets x 10 reps

Great workout, recovery is fantastic tomorrow is off day with some cardio!

    Today was Day 53:

    The workout was:

    Front squat (concentric only explosive):
    135 x 10, 165 x 10,165 x 10, 165 x 10

    Power Cleans:
    135 x 10, 10, 10, 10

    Lunges:
40# x 40 feet x 4 sets (felt much easier then at the start of this program)

    Knee extension:
    130 x 10
    130 x 10
    130 x 10
    130 x 10

    Ham Curl:
    110 x 10 x 4 sets

    Calf Raise (intraset stretching)
    Leg press calf raise:
    3 plates x 15 reps x 4 sets with stretching in between

    Seated calf raise:
    2 sets x 10 reps (intraset stretching)

    Standing calf raise (intraset stretching)

Legs handled the workout well, the lunges def didn't burn as bad with 40s this time around, will bump up to 45 next time

    Crazy hectic weekend and such:

was able to get a solid push hypertrophy day in saturday:

    Highlights were:

100# incline DB press for 6 full reps

and hardly any soreness at all after the workout

Really not getting sore period, its crazy. I don't ever remember not getting sore after heavy workouts.

    Loving it

Tomorrow will be back for a more detailed leg hypertrophy day.

Great news about the recovery man. I'm glad it is doing what it is supposed to.

sure you are ready for some much needed gym time after 70 hours at work. In for epic 3+ hour training session tomorrow
