Day 5 ended up being a shoulder and triceps hypertrophy day because i was too sore to really hit chest hard again (hitting it tomorrow, didnt start project mass until sunday so the program is off for the first week )

Legs pretty burnt out right now, feels great. Recovery has been good, still getting sore but have noted less drop in strength btwn the second workout each week (hypertrophy)
