Eating a phuckton really means nothing. You feel full one day/week/other period of time, and end up balancing it out by not eating the same amount after that period. Count your calories. Monitor your weight week by week. Drink olive oil or take those fat gainers if you have to in order to find your caloric maintenence & build strength.

add calories to everything.
if you make eggs, once the eggs are done. add another 1-3 spoonful's of olive oil onto the eggs. just mix it around and stuff. it doesn't really taste like much.
that's 1 example. add olive oil to anything that it can be added to and taste ok.
add extra butter/cream cheese or cheese to anything that it can be added to.
fry anything that can be fried. if you eat tuna, add an extra spoon or two of mayo that you normally wouldn't.
a lot of these have healthy fats. maybe consuming that much fat isn't ideal. but you're trying to put on weight, so do it. and it's better than saturated fats.
add extra sugar/honey whenever possible, extra salt too.
find foods that you love, and eat the fk outta them. for example, if you love hamburgers or pizza a lot, just eat a ton of that. it'll be easier to eat more than normal that way. also, your goal is to slowly increase your appetite. this happens by CONSISTENTLY eating more than you normally would. after 1-3 months of CONSISTENTLY overeating, essentially - your appetite should have noticeably increased. and that's all you keep doing. more and more.
if you're "cheating" or dirty bulking, things like cheesecake and certain cookies have a TON of calories for what can be eaten. that's always a good once in a while thing to consume.

OP needs to eat more carbs. Disregard uneducated miscers telling you to eat tons of fat, this will only cause excess fat gains since fat is the macro nutrient which is least involved in building muscle. When bulking it is best to eat as much carbs and protein as possible while keeping fat low. If you don't believe me then try drowning your food in olive oil and mayo like some here recommend and watch your body fat pile on.

OP you know how many times I've heard BS like this from people like you? They come up to me at the gym, they come up to me on the street, they talk to me at parties, they are always asking me 'how'd you get so big?' and I reply 'eat a lot'. They all say 'but I've got a very fast metabolism, I literally can't gain weight', but I know that's a load of sh*t, how do I know? Because I used to say the EXACT same thing. What did I do? I actually counted my calories, found out I was eating no where near what I thought I was, I used to 'make up' an assumption about calories, saying 'I'm eating like 4,000 calories a day!!!' when in reality it was much less. I've bulked on 8,000 calories before OP, and let me tell you, NO NORMAL PERSON eats 8,000 calories a day. When you 'think you ate a lot one day', it was probably like 2,500 calories. If I put 8,000 calories in front of you, your mind would be blown, I took a sh*t 5 times a day when bulking on 8,000 calories.
When friends say the same thing to me, I give them my meal plan and tell them to eat what's on there every single day. You know what they say? 'I can't eat that much, I get too full!!', I say 'harden the f*ck up and eat until you're just about to vomit, and you don't know the limit of when you'll vomit until you've done it at least 3 times, that's how many times it took me vomiting from over eating before I knew my limits'. You're probably going to b*tch out and not eat after reading this thread anyway because you're too much of a weak little b*tch.
So f*ck you OP, f*ck you.

There was a time at the Old Westside gym where I couldn't gain weight to save my ****ing life.
There was this dude who trained there who could just put on weight like ****ing magic. He'd go from 198 to 308 and then to 275 and back down to 198. And he was never fat. It was amazing.
I finally asked him one day how he did it.
"You mean I never told you the secret to gaining weight? Come outside and I'll fill you in."
Now remember, we're at Westside Barbell. And this guy wants to go outside to talk so no one else can hear. Think about that for a minute. What the hell is he going to tell me? This must be some serious **** if we have to go outside, I thought.
So we get outside and he starts talking.
"For breakfast you need to eat four of those breakfast sandwiches from McDonalds. I don't care which ones you get, but make sure to get four. Order four hash browns, too. Now grab two packs of mayonnaise and put them on the hash browns and then slip them into the sandwiches. Squish that **** down and eat. That's your breakfast."
At this point I'm thinking this guy is nuts. But he's completely serious.
"For lunch you're gonna eat Chinese food. Now I don't want you eating that crappy stuff. You wanna get the stuff with MSG. None of that non-MSG bull****. I don't care what you eat but you have to sit down and eat for at least 45 minutes straight. You can't let go of the fork. Eat until your eyes swell up and become slits and you start to look like the woman behind the counter."
"For dinner you're gonna order an extra-large pizza with everything on it. Literally everything. If you don't like sardines, don't put 'em on, but anything else that you like you have to load it on there. After you pay the delivery guy, I want you to take the pie to your coffee table, open that ****er up, and grab a bottle of oil. It can be olive oil, canola oil, whatever. Anything but motor oil. And I want you to pour that **** over the pie until half of the bottle is gone. Just soak the **** out of it."
"Now before you lay into it, I want you to sit on your couch and just stare at that ****er. I want you to understand that that pizza right there is keeping you from your goals."
This guy is in a zen-like state when he's talking about this.
"Now you're on the clock," he continues. "After 20 minutes your brain is going to tell you you're full. Don't listen to that ****. You have to try and eat as much of the pizza as you can before that 20-minute mark. Double up pieces if you have to. I'm telling you now, you're going to get three or four pieces in and you're gonna want to quit. You ****ing can't quit. You have to sit on that couch until every piece is done.
And if you can't finish it, don't you ever come back to me and tell me you can't gain weight. 'Cause I'm gonna tell you that you don't give a **** about getting bigger and you don't care how much you lift!"
Did I do it? Hell yeah. Started the next day and did it for two months. Went from 260 pounds to 297 pounds. And I didn't get much fatter. One of the hardest things I've ever done in my life, though.

Lmao.
Fat is mainly used to produce hormones, which requires a very small amount per day, the rest is overwhelmingly going to be stored as fat since the body doesn't use it to build muscle or store it as energy inside the muscle cells. Carbs on the other hand are the bodys primary energy source and is stored in the muscles for fuel. This is a fact. This is the reason why doing something like a Keto bulk is incredibly ineffective as opposed to eating high carbs.
Any calorie surplus will lead to fat gain, like the retard who quoted me before said, but getting this surplus mainly from fat as opposed to carbs will without a doubt lead to a greater rate of fat gain.
You should eat enough fat to keep hormone levels healthy, but anymore is not going to give you any more gains. Layne Norton has written about this exact thing before.
Miscers like to say they follow IIFYM, but it appears like they think it means that you can eat any amount of any macro because as long as calories are in check it won't make any difference whatsoever. Which is idiotic and has never been the meaning of IIFYM in the first place.
