    Sadik's Arnold Classic Prep

    What's up everyone!

    I was fortunate enough to be invited to compete in the first ever inaugural Arnold Classic Men's Physique championship. I figured it is only fitting I make a thread documenting my prep leading up to the show. I hope to give anyone interested an insight on my training, dieting, and supplementation leading up to my show on March 6th 2015.

    Here was my first training session since receiving my invite a few days ago. This workout was designed to jump start my training. I always find it helpful to incorporate circuit style training at least twice per week to insure crisp conditioning--

    Nice to see a pro realize the wisdom in offering content to the fans. There is a reason Sadik is one of the most popular IFBB pros out there. Keep us updated.

    While you could charge fans for stuff, this will bring you way more financial success down the line Sadik. Smart man.
