Help me out here...want to lose pounds / fat, but keep lifting decent weight

    Ok,

So I just started lifting once again. I am weak right now, but since I have started my weight lifting amount has increased.

I need help trying to figure out what kind of macros and calorie intake I should be looking at daily for a decent steady weight loss. I want to also slowly increase my weights at the gym, and muscle size, but of course this isnt too easy when I wanna cut at the same time.

I was at 250 to 255 before I started, and am now at 240 on the scale.

I currently weigh 241 and am 5'10. I would like to eventually get down to 200 or so again, but right now 230 is my goal, as I like to set my goal in 10lbs.

With that said, I am currently using myfitness pal and counting calories, but I am not sure if I am taking in the right amount of calories. I am taking in around 2110 a day. I dont remember how I came up with this number, but I set it a long time ago.

Can anyone help me get started with the right numbers I need to see for this type of goal??
