    It would take a damn long time to eat a kg of carrots, most people just aren't going to do that. Juicing provides a massive influx of vits that you couldn't get without chewing on raw veg for 4 hours. As per the fibre argument, I juice as a vit supplement. I get my fibre from eating veggies & wholegrains just like normal healthy folk.

    How much of each berries are you putting in? I used to get the same until I realised I was putting too much fruit in which was causing a massive blood sugar high followed by the inevitable collapse. I changed to 4 veg and 2 fruit and then felt normal. Putting oats in also helps with the hunger

    I use the nutribullet blender and make the shake from the larger of the two cups. Usually fill half with the berries, and then add the other stuff.

    I take one scoop of this, plus one scoop of SyntraxNector (any fruit flavor), in a cup of OJ. Tastes pretty good. Slight after taste...weird but it tastes like freshly mowed grass smells lol

    Yeah, you're definitely putting in way too much fruit. I would adjust it to 70/80% veg and 20% fruit

    I just started doing this too.. i do:

    spinach
    celery
    frozen blueberries
    1 scoop protein powder (right now chocolate b/c that's all i have, i think vanilla would go better though)
    1 cup plain greek yogurt

    i do agree about the hunger thing though - i'm hungry by 1030 AM at work.
