Phil posted this horribly shopped (and filtered to obscure) pic on his FB lel
Courage is not the absence of fear but rather the judgement that something is more important than fear; The brave may not live forever but the cautious do not live at all.

It is just DEAD here....I remember getting laughed at when I would say that before, but this is not an aberration anymore but just something that is par for the course. We are dealing with a "sport" where individual athletes suffer from lack of motivation, ability, intelligence and drive to market themselves in the right way and grow the sport.
The only thing which can change this is a website or organization pulling in athletes under their wing and taking the incentive to create content and grow the visibility of the individual athletes and the sport.
The reality is that YouTube stars will be bigger and more popular than the actual pros within a few years, if not already.

This 100%. Pro BBers simply aren't putting in the effort to market themselves. If random no name lifters can have 100k followers and make a living off youtube, there's no excuse for Pro BBers not putting out content every week. Times are changing and every year Pro Bodybuilding becomes more underground and physique and general fitness become more popular.
Give it ten years, and I don't see how bodybuilding survives the way it is now.

To be fair I lost all interest in bodybuilding for a while.
The gym scene now is simply intolerable.
The "contests" are becoming more and more of an obligation to a contract than anything else.

Agreed, then again it's probably just due to social media saturating everything and ruining our nice safe space where we could LARP about stupid non lifting normies, our lifting memes and being motivated.
Now every soccer mom is "MIRE ME SHREDZ HAHA LE MOTIVATED" #Lifter #Mombod #FemaleZyzz
Bbing in a way has gone mainstream, while it's more stuck than ever with ****ty coverage, boring contests and rigged placings.

ErgoGenix ErgoBlast is the best one i've had since original Jack3d. I like it because it's powerful but more importantly doesn't make me feel antsy/weird or crash afterwards. You just get this nice clean energy/focus.
edit: seems like it was discontiued and ErgoGenix ErgoPRE will launch soon. can't vouch for it but if it's anything like ErgoBlast then i'll take itMS, Computer Science

Oh man I only ever tried jack3d 2x (friend gave me 2 scoops worth in a bag LOL) and I hit so many PR's.
I'd say a good amount of stim since I don't get much sleep. I was using Prime Nutrition max HP for a while but it looks like they are no longer on the site besides the 10 serving size which I assume they are just getting rid of.Workout Log

1)figure out why you have tendinitis and got injured
2) ice 2/3 times a day, wrap your elbow for the rest of the time and no elbow related training until pain goes away. Eat at surplus, high protein, fish foods/oils for inflammation, any anti inflammatory foods really...
3) prob a week or two later train light for the first 2 workouts and ease back into regular training
feels like deja vu right now
