    Shoulder blade pain.

So I've been dealing with this pain in my shoulder blade for about a month now and it won't seem to go away.
-When i roll my shoulder black it pops and cracks like a lot. (small or no pain there)
-When i go for a jerk from the front rack I get a sharp pain in the inside of my shoulder blade making me fail the lift.
-Sometimes when i go for the jerk from the front rack even with very light weights my shoulder just feels extremely weak.
-Jerks from the behind the neck cause little to no pain.
-I haven't clean and jerked in tooooooo long
    -No pain on any snatches

I spoke to a physical therapist and he didn't really examine me i just told him these symptoms and he felt my shoulder crack like hell when i rolled it back. He said that its probably a mobility problem and i should focus on stretching out and strengthening my levator scapula. But i believe the problem isn't that high up because my neck is never involved in any pain.

Is he right? or is it another problem?

p.s i know this is a terribly worded thread i was in a rush when making it.

    Thank You.

Could be any number of things. You should get it checked by a doctor first.

If it is a mobility thing then there are hundreds of ways to fix it.

Look up Quinn Henoch from jts/dark side strength. He's a pt and has some great drills you can do.

I have similar issues at times and I typically do a lot of band pulls, ytl raises, and lax ball drills. Seems to help me.

Just get cleared of any injury first. You don't want to risk further injury and not being able to lift
