I was much leaner before, but I don't really mind anymore lol. I'm starting to prefer looking like this opposed to ultra lean. I actually look like I somewhat lift now aha.
I'm absolutely not lol, I'm coming from being 140ish pounds lol, but this look is growing on me.
And what do you mean by "***genetics"?
So you don't think I'd have to do a minicut late summer if I was going on vacation or something?155lbs. Bench: 160lbs Squat: 245lbs.

Haven't been able to keep up with this log as much as I wanted to, a lot of things have been taking a toll on me (SCHOOL ) But I'll try my best to keep ya'll update at least weekly. But here's a progress photo! 4 months ago until, and now. I'm really happy with my progress and I want to thank you all for your help, tough love, and encouragement. I'm happier healthier, stronger, and less stressed out about food.

Hey guys, I've been busy with life what not but I just thought I'd update and thank you guys.
I am now 170lbs, I have a great relationship with food, and I'm happier now. I don't have any exact lifts, but recently I've gotten my incline dumbbell press to 90's and that's my PR. But there are pictures attached of me last week or something.
I don't count cals either anymore, I just eat what I like when I'm hungry.
