Everyone has regrets. Most things can be fixed, but there are some things that just can't be changed. Mine would be how I treated some loved ones. Now it's too late to fix the things I've done.

I don't have any major regrets. I have always had my priorities in the right place, and tried

Not giving a phuck when i was younger as to how i ate because my parents did the same (we used to eat pizza 3 times a week + every other day Mcdonalds/KFC/Burger king, instead of water we had soda).
This in turn imo phucked up a lot of things in my life...
- Because fat was not good at sports
- Because not good at sports the high school i went to did not allow me to go to a higher educational level (wtf mane!!!)
- Because not good at sports turned to gaming
- Because gaming did not really develop the social skills with people (this has partially fixed though but still can't have random conversations with people i don't know)
- Because not developing social skills become awkward
- Because awkward develop social anxiety (almost fixed)
- Eat more to not give a phuck
- Be fat, but on the inside i actually enjoyed moving (before i got fat)
- Can't do careers i wanted to (military,police is my preference )
- Basically living life not pursuing what i want to until i discovered the gym and it started turning my life around
There is my story, enjoy.

Not playing HS basketball in grade 9 through 12. Was too much of a stoner through those years. Played ball on the court 5x a week every summer so I could play at a high level. Tried out for a college team and yeah basically wouldn't make it considering I was a step behind in drills, plays etc. since I hadn't played on a team since grade 8.
Talked to the coach about it and I decided to cut myself (No emo)

Either not taking school and my future seriously after graduating high school so I just jumped into IT. Not horrible, just not sure I'd choose IT now looking back.
Or letting some really good friends go. Basically just completely lost touch with them and not close anymore. Always good to keep close friends.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Not sure if it's regret, because I learned a lot from it but...
Dating the 7-8-9/10 girls with no personality or future instead of the 5-6/10 who had awesome personality and a future ahead of them.
Seriously think the hotter a girl is, the crazier they become... for most of them anyway (definitely not all) As hot as they were it honestly didn't matter in the end.
Then again I'm more the relationship rather than hook up type. Might be different for you tinder doods4 Month Cut Progress - Start: 188lbs 30%BF --> Current 149lbs 14%BF. [Finished]

Got medically disqualled for BS reason from the Marines. Was in great shape. Could run for miles, do push ups, etc., got like a 97 on ASVAB, and got disqualled by insane doctor. Could have easily appealed, but didn't. Regret not doing so. However, had I appealed, I wouldn't be where I am now, lawyer, married, kids, own house, first rental property with eyes toward another. I wish I could have been a Marine in addition to all of that.
