    Snatch balances into overhead squats

What could I do to improve my stability during the catch? I was very wobbly today, i feel like it was related to my foot placement. I also felt the best during my second set, and I cannot figure out why. Any advice would be appreciated. I agree. 2nd one looked best.

I try to focus on good posture throughout. Has helped stabilization for me. I also try and pause at the bottom for a few seconds to make sure I'm in a good position to finish.

Although you're moving fast, you're doing so at the expense of staying tight through the lift!! Work on keeping the body tighter during the lift.

It always helps me if I pull my back together so I stay tight.
