Creatine o phosphate ?

I'm about to pick up a few tubs of that conqu3r pre workout and I see it uses creatine o phosphate. I've always just used creatine monohydrate but since I'll be using that on training days should I pick up an extra tub of creatine o phosphate for off days? Does that serve in place to monohydrate or is it separate? Kinda confused.

COP is not creatine and will not replace monohydrate.

I've used it in peak beta+ by MN. Great for endurance, IMO.

Yes. Mono as normal.

Think of COP more like beta alanine or citrulline malate. It is great for buffering lactic acid and increasing endurance (which usually leads to greater pumps when you get more reps).

We've been using COP for a couple years now, I love the ingredient and prefer it even to beta alanine.
