So Operation Olive Branch in Afrin to root out the Kurdish YPG is going fast as fuk. Turkish and FSA troops are literally looking at Afrin city as we speak.




It's pretty nuts how fast they are moving across Afrin compared to when they launched the Operation in Al-Bab against ISIS. It seems to me that ISIS really did have the best infantry in the entire Syrian war when looking at how much they absorbed and remained defiant until the end. Crazy ****.

I also wonder if Erdogan will make good on his promise to go for Manbij next seeing that the U.S. has troops there. Oh boy what a crazy war this is.

It is an easy op because YPG cant fight for chit without someone backing them. These lands belong to our Turkmen brothers; and soon to be returned back to them.

I also hope that we can dump all the Syrian refugees in our country to these zones. Literally noone wants to babysit them here.

With the Kurds rejoining Damascus and SDF \ SAA standing side by side to repel the Turkish headchoppers, it looks like the Syrian war is about to wind down.Either that or the civil war is about to become a Syria vs Turkey war.

This may be the longest running thread ever, and I for one will be happy to see it end along with this unnecessary and tragic war that only went on this long because of the United States, Saudi, Isreal and Turkey. This was a truly shameful episode in our history, a time when the US was supporting truly horrible people and p*ssing on the graves of every American that died on 9/11. I hope it's finally over.
