If you can get access to a Tour De France, do it. Don't waste any time. Don't spend a year cementing "natural gains" first. Just do it. Seriously, as long as you're smart there're no real side effects. Never looking back lol.
And there're pretty cheap and effective ways to go bike riding now adays.

You might train for 4 years and hit your "natty limit", but then realize life isn't about being the biggest most jacked guy you can be. Maybe you discover that you just enjoy lifting and getting stronger, even if it is at a slow pace. Maybe you realize you'd rather not deal with the health issues of bike riding.

It's not a waste of time because if you actually follow the tenants you will have a physique that is better than 90 percent of the males that inhabit fattyville (aka United States).

i lol everytime i see a thread like this. ppl here have such distored views of what is actually achievable.
depends largely on genetics but if you train hard and eat hard you will grow and get an aesthetic look.
my bro competes in physique natty and all the others guys are pedalin. They just assume he is too because it is more common than you think
