I completed my first 5k race March 7th 2010 Arnold Classic in Columbus Ohio (44:49).
Feb 4th, 2011 I came in 6th place of 23 women in the OBF womens transformation challenge!!!

Excited to start!
Started a thread with my journal, I can't link it yet because I dot have enough post, so I pasted here, can you guys tell me what you think
I'm a female, 5'6, 128lbs & 12.2% bodyfat (according to hydrostatic testing). I've been an athlete all my life and now a personal trainer but still don't have the definition and muscle mass I want. I want to drop down under 10% bodyfat and gain at least 6/7 lbs of muscle within the next 3 months.
My diet will be as follows:
Meal 1: Protein 25-30g with almond butter & 6/7 blueberries
Meal 2: 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 3.5 oz of lean meat, 1/2 cup of fibrous carb (sweet potatoe/ brown rice/ black beans/ or potatoes)
Meal 3: 6 oz lean meat w/ 2 cups veggie
Meal 4: same as meal one without fruit
Meal 5: 6 oz lean meat w salad with olive oil and vineger
One cheat meal per week
Supplements:
Fish oil
Evening primose oil
Probiotics
Creatine
L-carnitine
Can someone tell me how this looks?
Please tell me what you guys think

The last of my "after" optional photos is a measurement log from the bod pod I use on base. I got a measure just after the start of the competition, and just before the close of the competition. According to that, from 09 December to 09 March the following changes occurred: -2.8% body fat overall, and +5.48 lbs of muscle overall.Bench: 155
