New running shoes came in yesterday so I'm really looking forward to hitting the track this weekend. Deadlifts today so I'm pumped up for training.

Been a bad week all around. The only day that was good was Sunday with the two older grandsons while doing a lil running with them. They wanted to practice their mile run for school.
Rest of the week has been eh.. Well I keep saying new month new start. Hope to make March the get up & go month.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. That doesn't mean you can't stay focused on your long-term goals.

Its been a pretty crappy week for me. Have had some personal issues to deal with and as a result training really sucked. I got all my sessions in, but they weren't great. Diet has not been the best either. Comfort food at its finest this week.
But its time to put my game face back on and kick ass next week.

I picked up the Nike Flex 2014 because I really liked the color and a pair of Asics Exalt Gel. Both fit pretty comfortably and it feels good to be running again. I have been wanting to try a pair of Vibram's for awhile but I believe I heard you have to slowly condition yourself to running in them to prevent injury.

Happy Sunday!!
I've had trouble with diet the whole week but the scale was 122 this morning, which is still pretty good. Cardio definitely helps some.
I missed abs totally this week but other than that, the training was on point.
I have seen shoulder definition coming up, and THAT will be great motivation!

Bad head cold this week after two 80 hour+ work weeks. Deloaded on workouts and taking the "starve the cold " route on a 500c per day deficit. Seeing some nice ab detail finally popping out. Workout planned for Monday.. Stay committed to what you signed up for. If this was easy there would be thousands of contestants...
