I see that the madness continues in here. Ha ha... Great looking work grouchy and I can relate to the "help carry the beer cooler" ruck from last week. I was doing plenty of that myself. Also, love the new avatar. I would have a similar look on my face if I were doing the stuff you do.

Thanks all! It wasn’t too bad actually, since many of the GORUCK events I have done are overnight. No PT stops either so it was a good bit easier in retrospect.
Weekly Recap:
Mon - Max Strength followed by a HIIT session.
Tue - 3 mile speed ruck, 20#, 39:05.
Wed - Max Strength.
Thu - Army Physical Fitness Test. 259/300, pass.

I seem to slack off a bit when I don't post every session. So we're back to that.
Monday was strength training but no HIIT afterwards (dips, front squats, Romanian deadlifts, pull-ups). Tuesday was some half assed ruck PT as I didn't get done what I needed. Wednesday was strength training and HIIT (overhead presses, squats, chin-ups). The 45# ruck was simply too heavy for SE purposes yet.
20190725:
Ruck SE session. 45 minutes of ruck man makers, ruck overhead squats, ruck eight count bodybuilders, ruck overhead lunges, and ruck four count side straddle hops. I then knocked out 6 miles in 1:33:39. 30# ruck for both exercises.
