Still going hard but the new job is making it hard to post right now!!
I did squat today and hit 365 x 1 with more in the tank for sure. Considering I haven't really squatted in 4 months and my best meet squat is 405 Im pretty happy lol. Ive switched my stance to high bar wide stance though which is kinda weird but feels best on my back. We'll see what I do long term but thats working for now. Still not pushing it. Probably wont squat for another two weeks or so, gotta be smart.

been high bar squatting the past year, I really like it better and my lower back feels a ton better! Ever since I stopped primarily powerlifting my whole body feels better I still do some reps in the 4-6 range but no more 2-3. Life changing haha
