    Smile Broken backs

    Hi,

I have heard trainers that say that squats and deadlifts lead to broken backs sooner or later to the one training them.

    Thanks ahead for answer.

I had a lower back injury from dead lifts when I was young, but I recovered and I am still doing heavy squats and dead lifts. Train smart and use proper form - I learned it and now don't have any issues.

    Thanks for your answer,
Can you please tell me the proper form so that I can train barbell hack squats and or barbell deadlifts heavy without injury in an as simple way as possible. I got pain in body from what I think was barbell hack squats and or barbell deadlifts.

You need to get and do the exercises for yourself and you'll soon realise the person that told you that is talking bollocks.

    Question Wrongly done or?

I read at Strenghtcamp under "Teaching The Deadlift on a first timer" on youtube.
It seems to me he is teaching wrong, what do you think and why? For one his head is not in neutral position or slightly up.
    Thanks ahead from Lionel6

I think beginners should just do romanian deadliest combined with back squats, and hold off on normal dead lifts until they get some base strength.

I disagree. Romanian deadlifts are even riskier.

Beginners should not avoid any exercise though, they just need to lift a weight that they can handle with proper form. No need to avoid any exercise.
