    5/3/1 full body routine tips

Been running 5/3/1 with upper/lower for almost a year and been wanting to test a program with 3x frequency. How does this look for a 3-4 year exp. lifter? Too much volume?

    Mon:
    Squat 5/3/1
    BB Bench 3x5
    Deficit DL 3x6-8
    Inc. DB press 3x6-8
    Pullups 5x10

    Tue: off

    Wed:
    DL 5/3/1
    OHP 5/3/1
    Front squat 3x6-8
    CGBP 3x6-8
    DB row 5x10

    Thu: off

    Fri:
    Bench 5/3/1
    Squat 3x5
    OHP 3x6-8
    BB Row 5x5
    Facepulls 2x12-15

    Sat: cardio
    Sun: off

No one can really tell you what too much volume is. We don't know how well you recover or how heavy you're lifting.
If you're eating enough and getting proper rest, this is probably doable.

Yeah I forgot to mention, I saw it, but I prefer more volume. Sure, one might say the 5/3/1 template for full body is enough and I don't doubt it. Not as enjoyable for me though.

Find a diff routine then with more volume? The program is written how its written for a reason.. He didn't just make up randomness and say "mhmm good enough"
