Pre-ordered breakfast for 9:45AM Monday morning, 2 orders of eggs benedict, 1 order of pancakes, orange juice, tea, coffee.
Currently arranging to have flowers dropped off at the hotel and having them come up with breakfast?

I wouldn't do this for the flaky girl, seems to me that she should be making the effort to impress you, not vice versa.

It's almost impossible to get Melatonin in the UK. It was already difficult but now they've just done a study apparently showing it isn't even that effective.

In fairness she's really turned it around. Told her I had no time for flakiness and it wasn't going to fly. THe last two times we got together she was initiating all affectionate contact, spoke of the term relationship and seems to be over whatever fear she had before that had her apprehensive. It'd appear she's all in at this point and I figure theres no real point in being reserved as it will just cause more apprehensiveness.

I decided to not go with flowers, but I dropped off the chocolates and wine. I wanted to place the breakfast order ahead of time and without her input as she seems to "not take me seriously" so it'd be good for me to take control, force decisions and let her know my generosity and efforts are not synonymous with push over.

But yeah, I seem to put up with alot more BS than anyone else would, so I imagine I'm still putting myself in a bad spot.

I've been doing everything on my own for a loooong time too. Many years ... 15 since my divorce, went to every social event alone, went to lots of shows alone (usually you fill the car with wrestlers but sometimes you're the only one booked). Didn't even think about it until I went to a massive all-female show one time and someone's dad said to me, "Aww, are you all by yourself?" because they all had family/friends in attendance.

I did hate going to social events alone when literally everyone else was in a couple. But chit happens. Life goes on.

Dear diary,

Last night I had a dream I don't know what to make of. I rarely dream (or dream for a little or don't remember them or whatever). I was dreaming that my ex and I were together and she was in love with me and I with her and in the dream I felt happy....like I could feel it. Then I started to wake up as the sun shown in through my blinds. I fell asleep asleep with my head on the opposite side to the headboard, which I never do. Best sleep ever, but I couldn't square with the feels I had throughout the day.
