    Cheap bulking

I need opinions on cheap bulking. I'm thinking GOMAD ( Gallon of Milk A Day ) with food.

The milk itself would be around 2400 calories.

    Cheap food would be:

    Eggs ??
    Macaroni // pasta ??
    Oatmeal
    Cheese
    Butter
    Sandwiches
    Olive Oil & Flaxseed oil
    Yoghurt

Also, meat and other fish on certain days.

Would it be enough to bulk up for a 130+lbs guy ? I'm thinking about consuming around 1100 calories from these food options.

In the end of the day, I'm getting a total of 3500 calories. Enough for bulking ?

I find porridge, rice and potatoes are really good sources of cheap calories and they aren't processed **** full of chemicals and crap either. Ice cream is pretty good too, loads of calories in that and it's delicious. It's easy to get tonnes of calories in with cereal too, just choose good cereal that isn't full of sugar.

Honestly I wouldnt go with gomad. Maybe half a gallon a day instead, and more nutrient dense staples (everything mentioned above) just to many downsides to be worth it IMO, unless it's really your only option to eat enough.

Stock up on tuna, and chicken/turkey/beef (cook a bunch at once)

Wouldn't recommend GOMAD personally. Buy things in bulk if you're on a budget, pastas and carby foods you can easily add meats to are your friend

Absolutely terrible idea. GOMAD is absolutely terrible. Unless you want to gain an absurd amount of fat.

If you're looking for cheap food.

    Start with....

    Shelled Peanuts
    Ramen
    Oil/Butter
    Oats
    Pasta
    Rice
    Cereal

I guess I could just take a glass of milk with every meal. That would be half a gallon in the end of the day, and more space for food.

Bananas, mayo w/ tuna/chicken make tuna/chicken salad- not everyday. Big tubs of peanut butter. Wouldn't mess around with throwing too much butter and cheese too much that's not great for cholesterol/bp.
Something along these lines would get ya there...Bulking consume upwards of 2500 cals+

    1scoop whey, 1-2banana, 3tbsp. pb, 1/2c. oats 1.5c.milk+ice

8oz beef, 1c. rice, 2tbsp sour cream, and sprinkle cheese + potato

    Pasta w/ beef or chicken

    Pancakes...lots of pancakes

Example for 4 meals, eat more than that obviously just gives you an idea for different options.
