In the IPF, probably since raw lifting has only been around in IPF since 2012. But I think overall, guys like Eric Lilliebridge out total him.
2204.6 lbs. He has been saying he's had a glute injury for the past year and finally feeling healed. So we'll see if everything just clicked this meet or if the gain train coming and he gonna up his squat and total even further in 2015.1372 @ 205

Toss up between black leather and the grey ones with some blue. Went with the latter because if they suck then it's a decent looking to shoe to just wear as a normal trainer.
Zack, same here. Just not comprehending how ridiculous that is. I mean, Dan Green at 220 did 2099 which is also higher than 242 total. Norris' lift is like 300+ lbs above 181 total. I thought Dan Green was unbeatable but this kid... lawd.Last edited by michael_xyz; 12-14-2014 at 06:04 PM.

I know I say this everytime wraps are brought up. But I LOVE my titan rpms, I know breathinglife is a fan also

I go about 12-14 days before I have to take a couple of days off to let my lower back recover. That's a big reason why I'm switching to sumo dl's.
If my lower back could recover at the same speed as the rest of my body I don't think I would deload until a few days out from a meet. With autoregulation you get good weeks and bad weeks and your overall volume/intensity will rise and fall naturally. As long as your lifts are within the acceptable minimums everything is OK.
Programming is a squat/press/pull variation every day, to a daily Max + back off sets+ accessories.

At his level of strength more recovery is needed for the CNS. He may very well need a deload, I haven't lifted his weights so I cannot say for sure what is needed.
Im an upper-end intermediate lifter for my weight class so I can get away with more freq+volume, as the weights are not as taxing for me.Last edited by 308smk; 12-14-2014 at 10:25 PM.

I just look at the whole thing in terms of stress. If I have a ton of other **** going on (such as farming in the spring/summer/fall) my training workload reflects that. I think if you're smart with your programming and take into account what you are capable of handling when you consider all variables, planned deloads are unnecessary. Especially for beginner/intermediate lifters who really need time/practice under the bar.

Anyone notice that Ben Rice is squatting to depth now?
Is it the knee sleeves?Serbia
Current
Squat - 315x3
Deadlift - 375x3
Bench - 160x3

It makes sense.
He wasn't squatting to depth, so he knew he needed to drop the weight, but didn't want to admit that he wasn't strong enough to hit depth with weights he was using...
Easy solution? Say SBD's give you 30 lbs, and then reset and start hitting depth. All the lemmings think it was the SBD's artificial strength system and the depth trolls have nothing to eat.
