Post when should you make the decision to adjust calories/macros?

How long do you guys wait to make adjustments to your diet if your gaining/loosing too slow/fast or not at all?

I think the only exceptions here are either reverse dieting where your supposed to add calories every week until you see weight gain and the case in which you overshoot your calories for a gaining phase and see a high weight gain the first week, in which I think you should reduce immediately. What do you think about these two scenarios and my guidelines for them?

    There you got my vote.

I would say no longer than 2 weeks. I personally think 2 weeks is well enough time to analyze gains (or lack thereof) to make adjustments. Anything after 2 weeks, IMO, I think you're just wasting time.

Would be dependent on the size of the surplus or deficit. The smaller the margin the longer I would wait. I mean some of the surpluses some guys run don't even add a pound every 10 days on paper.

    Also its losing, not loosing.

I track my average weight, if I don't achieve my desired rate of weight gain or loss I might adjust daily, until I do.

No, like I said, I'll adjust daily if it seems necessary.
