    So I'm back into the gym with decent consistency after over a month of training less than once a week.
    My "comeback" training was last friday, did some squat and bench to get back into the groove.
    Yesterday I pulled and did some incline bench.
    Here is what I did

    Beltless deficit deadlift
    135x10
    225x5
    315x3
    365x3
    405x3

    495x3 @7rpe
    545x3 @8rpe
    585x3 @9rpe
    495x7 @9rpe
    got my **** back together, took 5 minutes in between sets (was doing some incline benching)

    315x3@ 8.5rpe stopped there since pecs were tight as ****kkk

    Today i did some squatting. Goal was to go 10-20lbs heavier than last week (455)

    stopped there. Bar moved slow, but my form was top notch. Problem is that my lower back was totally trashed for Wednesday "slight" amount of pulling.
    Started to move on to my work sets on bench, and decided i would do a 5 rep set with 405 on squat in between all my work set of bench.
    Did 405x5x4.

    Did a lot less volume on bp, because my whole upper body is a lot more "unconditioned" than my lower body after this long break from training. Also, endurance is way down on bp (315x5 wtf), will need to bring this back up to pre "deload" levels. Tomorrow is accessories overload day.
