My bulk is starting today! I am currently under 140lbs at 5'9 and will be officially weighing in tomorrow.
I will post daily pictures of meals in this thread as well as screenshots of myfitnesspal entries at the end of each day and occasionally make videos of full days of eating.
I will be using IIFYM but focusing mostly on hitting calorie and protein goals.
Starting calories : 3000
Protein : 155
I am currently doing legs/push/pull and training 3 - 5 days a week.

First calculate your TDEE by reading the below link:

Add 100-500 calories to your TDEE to gain weight(muscle+fat). The higher the calories you add(surplus) the more fat you will gain.
After getting that done, Pick a proven beginners program such as,
Starting strength, SL, ICF5x5, fierce5 or allpro.
Do some research, pick on and stick with it.

Thanks for your post! I've been on and off lifting and counting macros for a good while and 3000cals seems about right for me to gain about 2-3 lbs a month for now. Also, about the macros, I tend to do ok once I hit my protein and relatively high fat and fill in the rest of my calories with a whatever else I like. Later into the bulk ill be looking closer into hitting more specific macros, but it'll be tweaked over time!

So today's food went pretty well! Found it a bit too easy to hit 3000cals since in the past I used to find it difficult enough!
Fat was pretty high and protein was probably a little low!
Here are a few pics of some of what I ate!
