Hey all,
As I get ready to step on stage next year, I just wanted to show my journey to where I am now. Updated pics will be posted shortly as I've already started my prep for next year with Team Wilson. From nearly 200 lbs at 5'5" to 147 lbs at my lowest in the same picture, I fought to get down to try and step on stage. Alas, I did not end up doing so that year because I didn't get my bf levels down enough. Two and a half years later, I'm ready for battle! Just recently pulled 500 lbs for the first time at 160 lbs! I'll most likely be in a PL meet soon as well as I diet down. If any of you have IG, add me at antmkim and I will follow back! Thanks and can't wait to hear from all of you!

Not a problem! I used a wide array of training programs like GVT, typical bro splits, sheiko, and Cliff Wilsons TOPP program (which I'm still running now). When I first bulked, I was doing the see-food method by eating everything I saw lolol but when I wanted to lose fat, I used some dangerous methods. I did CKD for a while then finally started tracking my macros and have since then.

Much, much appreciated haha Squat PR is probably as pictured but I'm probably way past 365 right now. I'd estimate at around 380-390 lbs. As for bench, I don't know. I just paused 225 for 10x3 so I'd say on a good day it can be in the upper 200's. I have a contest prep link but I can't post links for some odd reason.

Those legs... damned impressive quads man! Great progress and transformation!
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
