    I know that feel with the bar being 18 kg instead or 20

    My old gym had like bars with a different weight and it was always giving me problems.

    i dont count my macros anymore. its too stressful man. becuase you get like batch of rice for example and you eat like 1/8 of it and you dont know the numbers unless you have a scale which i dont
