Hello, I workout at morning and I take C4 Cellulor Extreme as my preworkout and ON Whey protein as my post workout. Now I wanna speed up the muscle recovery process , hence I decided to take Glutamine and therefore I need your suggestions.
Which Glutamine should I take and when should I take it ?
