I ate raw eggs for about a year until I actually got salmonella. Once that happens you'll stop - guaranteed.

Yes, I actually DO enjoy the taste, its like i have become addicted.
* My rest of the diet is just regular, chicken, cheese, vegs and fruits.
* I am not trolling, I actually do eat that many eggs a day and I do not experience any farts, I did at first couple of months but then your body gets used to it.
* I am not a big guy by any means, nor would I ever be one(just my genetics), but that doesn't mean I cant consume eggs as part of my diet, close to 60% of my diet are raw eggs.
* I would probably stop if I would get salmonella, but fingers crossed I am not, and the chances are very slim of that happening.
* IT IS NOT waste of protein, eating them raw is actually the most nutritious way

Sure. Most things lose some nutrients when cooked. Do you eat everything raw because if this? Or do you realize it doesn't make that much difference. For example with Choline, a raw egg has 23% more than a hard boiled egg. What this means is to get the RDA you would need around 4 hard boiled vs 3 raw. But you eat 20 so its completely a moot point anyways. But on the other hand you are literally throwing half the protein down the chitter.

It seems that protein from cooked eggs is digested and absorbed more efficiently than from raw eggs.

I just prefer eating my eggs raw, and I could never eat 20 boiled/fried/scrambled eggs a day. For me it is the most convenient way to consume eggs.
* I may be wrong by assuming that eggs will lose nutrients when cooked however, I did read it(cant remember where) that exposing eggs to heat will make them less nutrient than in their raw state

Yes. For me its a quick and easy way of consuming good amount of protein and fats at the same time. I can only eat about 3 boiled eggs at a time, but I need more than that, so I prefer drinking my eggs. I drink 8 eggs for breakfast before I go to work and it just works perfect, as its 3 hours to my next meal that I have at work. It keeps me full. I am happy with it
