    Fried cns?

    Yeah I think I have fried CNS because I am always tired and I have no energy at all.. I have been like this for like 2 years.. I quit working out about 6 months ago take or give. still tired... how screwed am I? How do I fix my fried cns lol? Im 18 btw

    You're not some professional level athlete -- you can't possibly be strong enough to fry your CNS. Even when I was squatting heavy 3x a week, I still didn't "fry" my CNS.

    You're lightly depressed. You don't have to contemplate suicide on a daily basis to be depressed, depression is diagnosed (with a reason) on the basis of the duration of symptoms. Sleeping won't do. Doing nothing won't do. It could actually make things worse. If you already tried the usual (i.e. caffeine and the like *in small doses*) to no avail, go see a psychiatrist. 100% srs.
