Got highkicked during kickboxing, didn't block it the right way what caused my eardrum to rupture complitly. For 2 weeks straight I heard a whizzing sound that drove me crazy and hurt like hell.
or
ruptured my cruciate ligament during football(soccer) practice 10 years ago and my knee still feels bad man.

I was swimming in the Atlantic a few years back and got caught on something that felt like barb wire on my arm. Pulled my arm out of the water and it was fully wrapped in a giant jelly fish. As I was pulling it out of the water the tentacles catches my body and face. That was a day of test for me. I screamed like mufasa. Ha. No one helped, because they couldn't. Everyone just ran out of the water. The jelly fish was so big, I dragged it about 50 feet into the shore and the tentacles kept going. Never even saw the bell.

Probably the aftermath of tearing ligaments and damaging the cartilage in my knee.
I was tackled badly during a football/soccer game, it actually never hurt when it happened - I think it was the adrenaline as I knew the guy was going to try and injure me.
The hospital lost my X-ray and decided to tell me my knee just got a bit of a "shock" and it should be fine in a couple of days, just rest it.
My knee almost locked up, if I didn't go to a private physio (the hospital wouldn't let me go to their one) my knee would have completely locked and I'd have been screwed.
Anyway, my knee still hurts to this day. For months afterwards it was really painful to walk, and it would often just give way whilst I was walking - this was very painful.

Had a rectal abcess ( inb4 homo stuff)
Worst pain I've ever experienced. Could not even lay down without being in excruciating pain. Any movement felt like someone was stabbing me in the angus. Had to lay in a hospital bed from 6AM - 330PM in pain until they operated on me along with a fever, chills and not being able to piss.

Was playing basketball. Jumped as high as I could to block a shot. Landed full force on the side of my foot snapping my ankle right the fuk up. Fell on my back and instantly felt the worse pain I have ever felt. Grade 3 sprain complete tear of ligaments. Couldn't walk normal for months.
Worst part was after like 2 months I wanted to go for a walk in the woods just to get some exercise and fresh air. Ankle wasn't all the way healed and I was wearing low top shoes. Rolled the same ankle on a tree root. Brought tears to my fukkin eyes, boys.May I be forever grateful that at times, I did not receive that which I truly deserved

I'm sure there's worse pain out there than mine, but here goes.
I'm not very tolerant to hot food, but one time I ate a habanero pepper and swished it around in my mouth for a good half minute. Initially it was the same old hot stuff in your mouth, sinuses going off, tongue burning, etc., but then my head literally started to want to explode and there was huge amounts of pressure trying to burst through my ears. I think what did it was swishing it around all around my mouth and the sides of my tongue, lol.
Besides that, I've fuked my shoulder up and literally would break into a sweat through gutting the pain just to put on a shirt.
I've had mind-numbing tooth pain from a long-neglected cavity. Tbh I wish I'd have gone through worse, but overall I haven't gone through much pain.

Prior to being diagnosed with epilepsy, I had looping seizures for 12 hours straight. Had head splitting migraines for 4 days after , couldn't even get up to walk.
A little one was after I got an infected cyst removed from my face and left thigh , went in for a post surgery check up and the doctor said "oh, packing has to come out" and tore it out before telling me, almost passed out from the pain and wanted to knock him out.

Probably dealing with a pilonidal cyst. Hurts so fuking bad brahs.
I've had much worse injuries such as a metal bar gashing my forehead to the bone and face planting into pavement, which knocked out my teeth and tore up my face and broke my nose. Adrenaline numbed the initial pain for the most part. Would probably still put the cyst as the worst though. That was a fuking nightmare, especially when I got it drained.Gym PRs - S 400 / B 320 / D 500
