I'm 6'6 and weigh 296. I am 36. I use to be big into bodybuilding back in the day, but knee injuries and depression sidelined me years. My one rep max is 275. I have a bet with my buddy. The bet is I can't don 315x5 by March. My diet is decent, but not great. How long should it take to achieve this goal? The bet is dinner. I switched my chest work out to a joe skopec 5x5 routine.

Buy your buddy dinner. No big deal.
But really, with your stats and layoff from lifting for awhile, you could possibly do it. If the goal is 315x5 by March I'd just do a simple 5x5 progression probably twice weekly (5lbs each session). If you get there, cool. If not, you buy dinner but you're still stout AF nonetheless.*OKC THUNDER*

Take your buddy somewhere nice. You are expecting to go from 275 to about 365 (315x5) by March which would be quite difficult under optimum conditions and AAS. The other thing is that unless you are built like a T-rex, you do not have a bencher's build at 6'6". Work hard, get stronger, and eventually get there, just probably not by March.

Going to be next to impossible to pull that off. Not trying to be a downer, and I will certainly be very impressed (and very jealous) if you do pull it off though. Just don't be too disappointed if you can't make it. It would be very impressive to go from 250x5 to 315x5 flat bench even in a whole year IMO.

The heaviest I benched was 385x10. I used this site up until week 8
wwwdotjoeskopecdotcom/five.html(just take the word dot out and put an . there)
I made some adjustment. I thought the program for 275 was too easy and would be a waste of time. I adjusted the 1rm to 315 and started on it. At week 8 I decided to change to a variation of westside barbell.

Not knocking what you have accomplished so far with this bet but you seem to have left out the following detail when you originally asked for opinions on whether you could hit the goal or not.
That would have been key info back in October. Sure you should be able to do 70 lbs less with half the reps.
