Which Protein is better?

Hello,

Which is better.

I currently have ordered this Orgain Organic Protein Plant-Based Powder, Creamy Chocolate Fudge, 2.03 Pound from amazon for $23 (originally $33) but then I noticed that there are these two

Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein, Cookies 'N Cream, 1.95 Pounds
Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Isolate, Vanilla Creme, 2 Pounds

Now lets pretend price doesn't matter. Which one of these 3 would be better and what hints and clues should I pay attention to in order to decide which is better.

I have no allergies, no digestion problems, etc. Perfectly healthy. what is this isolate/whey stuff too

Isolate = made from whey, its "more pure" has less carbs, fat and cals per scoop. Not need unless you have issues.


Whey = protein. There are versions, whey isolate and whey concentrate.


I would stick with what you are using, not a fan of Body Fortress, yes its cheap, but you get what you pay for. Good in an extreme pinch.

Not really a fan of any of those options. I'd go with a whey or whey blend from a company that has a bit better track record of satisfied customers. Plant based proteins are inferior to whey based proteins (unless you're a vegan).
