I always keep a spare buckle belt with me for that reason.
I would be interested though if you do find a place that sells the lever buckles only.
I suspect that the levers are made in China these days and are of lower quality.
My lever belt is 15-20 years old so i have never had an issue with it breaking and i get it fairly tight when buckled.

Lifting Large has replacement buckles that say "Fits most lever buckle belts." I have one of their econo lever belts and it's held up well enough for about six months so far.

I ordered one of the buckles from lifting large and didn't care for it. The screws were too short for my 10mm Inzer and it seemed kinda flimsy. I haven't tested it since I can't get it on the belt (bought as a backup). If I buy another replacement I'd go for the toro buckle which is made better. I'd still order from Lifting large though since they are a good customer oriented company.

Well, I lucked out bc my neighbor is a machinist so I just paid for the metal block, ($50) he made 2 parts for me, the first an experiment, which turned out perfect, and a 2nd as a back up. It's amazing how heavy the piece is, but it's so much better than that die cast piece of crap.
I believe there is a company out of Australia that also machines solid metal pieces, they are also kind of pricey, but well worth the investment since it will last a lifetime.Lift light until you can lift right
