still lovin my 6+ .. goat phone (for me). it feels small now and when i held my dad's iPhone 6, i was confused why anyone would want a screen that small.

After using the iPhone6 for 2 days now, Holy Santa Clause ****, its an amazing phone. Coming from an iPhone 4. I thought I dont need any new phones as long as it makes calls/texts/music, but damn, this makes everything better and easier. Lighter than the 4 too.

Held the 6plus, and its too big esp cuz sometimes I prefer using one hand.

Also, since Im the first in line for the midnight launch, iStore called me to get a free case if I drop by their store.

quick question: i got a 5c with ios 7.1.2 installed and i wanna format it. if i do go to settings and delete all content and settings, will it format my device and reinstall itself as a 7.1.2 or will it download ios 8 before making me set up a fresh device?

If you're jailbroken you're screwed. If not then erase all content and settings. It'll ask to plug into iTunes. Should be fine.

No you should be fine. Just wipe the phone from settings. After it'll either just prompt to setup phone. Or you'll have to plug into iTunes.
