My vote goes to your BCAA supplement. I don't eat much before mg morning workouts so I rely on BCAA's to help fuel me and give me the energy I need to push myself to be my best.

I'm going to give this another go with the same entry as the previous two times. I'd love to try Whey Smooth. I love the label! 27g of protein and just 150 calories per scoop is good stuff. 'Chocolate Cupcake' would be my choice of flavour, although 'Milk & Cookies' sounds delicious too.

I have heard the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. With that said I am not posting my same entry from the Tuesday and Wednesday threads. No, im bringin somethin fresh to the table and even changing my choice of supplement (they all seem great so thats not too hard to do). Im gonna roll with GLYCODRIVE. As a powerlifter I eat a TON of carbs, this product could possibly help me better utilize the carbs that im taking in. 2 boxes of krispy kremes with a GLYCODRIVE tablet should yield a solid lifting session the next day! I would love to try out the Chocolate Covered Banana flavored Whey Smooth. From the ingredient profile, it seems like this product contains some very high quality proteins that can feed the body for a sustained duration; this versatility would help me greatly both post-workout and throughout the day. I have also never tried a "chocolate covered banana" flavor (never heard of any other companies with this flavor either), and it sounds like an amazing flavor to try (Milk & Cookies comes a close second). I'm currently looking for a long-term option for whey protein, and this product seems like it may be just the one I'm looking for. I've already tried Blue Star's Omega Blue Capsules and was really satisfied with the results, so hopefully I'll get a chance to try the whey and become a regular customer of BLUE STAR NUTRACEUTICALS!!!
