im trying to calculate 40-40-20 macros but i dont know whic "rate" to use. Here are my numbers as of today:
Daily caloric intake: 1910.52
RMR: 1996 Calories per day.
BMR: 1846.6
Maintenance calories= 2308.25
For cutting: maintence-200= 2108.25
Which rate would i use to calculate 40/40/20 macros? I would like to use 1.25g protein for every Lb of weight. So would I use 1.25xlean bodymass, or 1.25xmy full weight?
Weight: 177 Pounds or 80 Kilograms.
lean body mass: 159.21
any help would be great guys. im so confused even after spending hrs reading hundreds of articles, thanks.

The 40/40/20 split should apply 2 ur daily caloric intake. I'd say the 1.25 g/lb should apply 2 ur full weight.

cutting? bulking? CULKING?? I would say anywhere from 1.25-1.5 is suitable enough. I know people who cut and go as high as 2g/lb. But, they are also very low on carbs.
