So I took a back picture yesterday, and I definitely see some added thickness/wideness to it. Still nowhere near where I want to be, but it's a start. The lighting is different so that might change a few things too. Feels good. Here's a progress picture:

Hopefully I gain even more size in the coming months, and then it's time for a cut to shed down some fat.

    OHP 36.5kg 5,5,5

Grinders and more grinders but I pushed through and completed the sets.

    Deadlift 100kg 5

Form felt great, 10x better than last time I did 100kg. Feels good. Will increase next time.

    Chin ups 5,4,3,2,2

I'm gonna do the fighter method(google it) for chins until I hit 10 reps.

bi and tri superset 3x15 to finish it off

Thanks bro, will do! Back is coming along good, but what ruins it is my phucking hips, way too wide to really have a good V taper. Hopefully it's fat and will melt away at lower bf%, but I'm pretty sure it's how my body is structured.

Yo mayne. I'm really enjoying the AMRAP on GSLP. It's just a really smart idea, especially at lower weights(such as a deload). On SS, when you deload, you finish your 3 sets and you aren't tired one bit. On GSLP, you can really exert yourself even at 60% of your max. What gains are you making if you do 5,5,5 at 60kg if you are capable of doing 5,5,11(example)? That's how I see it. You can still hit rep PRs on deloads, and you gain endurance and hypertrophy from doing higher rep ranges.

Definitely man that's why lately I've been saying for non powerlifters GSLP is probably best linear progression program and its great to see it in action. Good luck on the gains bro

    Greyskull LP

Not such a good session today.

    Bench press 57.5kg 5,5,7

Not much to say. Will increase next time.

    Squat 77.5kg 2,2,1,2,1,2

So I loaded up the bar and the first rep felt hard as ****. I did one more grinder then reracked. I decided that I would try to get 10 reps with 77.5kg focusing on perfect form. I might try this weight again or I will deload.

    Pendlay row 50kg 5,5,8

I did some lateral raises and chins afterwords.

Yeah I guess I'll reset to 70kg. Feels bad since I just blasted through 65-75 then 77.5kg feels like my 1 rep max.

    Warmup looks something like this:

    1x6 bar(20kg)
    1x4 60kg
    1x2 70kg
    1x1 75kg

    OHP 37.5kg 5,3,4

Ehhhh. I'll deload. OHP is always hard to progress.

    Squat 70kg 5,5,8

Fuark guys, I really need to work on my endurance, 8 reps was death for me. Happy to hit that many reps though. I might start incorporating some cardio in my routine.

    Chin up 5,5,4,3,2

Increasing using the fighter method where I add a rep each day. Tomorrow I will do 6,5,4,3,2, and then the next day 6,5,4,3,3 then the next day 6,5,4,4,3 etc.

I just some seated rows and lateral raises too.

Fuark guys, you should all watch the world's strongest man 2014. The top guys are absolute beasts, would love to train for strongman but I probably wouldn't fit in lmao.

Those AMRAPs after a reset are brutal. Maintaining those reps is a matter of determination and force of will

Strongmem are beasts. I follow powerlifters because their training is more interesting to me but I mire the hell outta those strongmen

    Greyskull LP

    Bench press 60kg PR 5,5,5

Forgot to use microplates. Anyways, smashed 1 plate easily. Sadly I couldn't get more than 5 reps on the last set. The setup and tightness on the last set was off.

    Deadlift 105kg PR 5

    Pendlay row 51.5kg 5,5,6

    Chin ups 6,5,4,4,3

Did some chest and arms accessories too.

Thanks breh. I've got stronger lifts than all of my school(age 12-16yrs in swedish school system), but compared to most on this forum it's weak :O, still proud though. Up next 2pl8.

Thanks brahs. My chinups aren't amazing but I made good progress on them when I started doing them every day with a chinup bar at home(actually it's just a wooden bar hanging from a rope on my balcony, used to something different). I do them throughout the day, so when I wake up I do 3, when I get home from school I do 4, after dinner I do 2, before bed I do 4. Then it increases by itself, and for me it didn't affect any lifts.

    Currently I'm using this method:

    OHP 34.5kg 5,5,8

Good good, making progress on the AMRAP sets compared to last time.

    Squat 72.5kg 5,5,6

Shiet, I tried to go for 8 reps and I went for the seventh rep and that just wasn't going up. When I put the weight on the pins I got dizzy. I just pushed way hard. I don't even know. Will do 75kg next time. Squats absolutely wrecked me.

Did some chinups, lateral raises and facepulls.

Logging monday's session now. I ****ed up my sleep schedule on sunday. Can't be bothered writing about it but I basically stayed up all night sunday then went to the gym at 5am and went to school on no sleep. Wasn't a bad session but not a very good one either.

    Bench press 61kg 5,5,5

PR. Didn't get any more reps on the AMRAP set though. Will do 62.5kg next time.

    Squat 75kg 5,5,5

Didn't get more reps on the AMRAP set here either, which is worse than last time I did 75kg. Anyways I felt my form was better than last time. Doing 77.5kg next time.

    Video of last set here

    Pendlay rows 52.5kg 5,5,7

    Will do 53kg next time.

good job pushing through on no sleep, I'd be dead

Squats are near perfect. Looked like you had 6 in you, chalk it up to lack of sleep

Hey brahs keepin it short cuz I'm tired.

Anyways lifting was **** this week, and I think I know why. I'm pretty sure I've been a little sick. This combined with getting adjusted to school schedule after winter break = weak me. Every day when I came home from school/gym/wherever I just went straight to bed and slept, but I still feel exhausted at the gym(even when resting 5+ minutes).

Anyways I'm gonna go lift on sunday probably and I will smash 77.5kg for squat and 62.5kg for bench.

AMRAP sets are not a deload my man. If your going to deload, then deload. If you arent, then smash hulk!

    Gonna start logging again

Ayy brahs, haven't logged for months, but I'm back now. Gains have been sort of slow but that's because my diets been all over the place, I've been spinning my wheels and have needed a lot of time for other life things(like school). Anyways I've got loads of time atm so here is where I'm at now:

Before I stopped logging > Now
    Age - Before: 14 Now: 15
    Height - Before: 5'11 // 180cm Now: 6'2 // 188cm(lol)
    Bodyweight - Before: 178lbs // 81kg Now: 173lbs // 79kg

    Lifts
    Squat - Before: 82.5kg // 180lbs Now: 95kg // 215lbs
    Bench - Before: 65kg // 145lbs Now: 77.5kg // 170lbs
    Deadlift - Before: 110kg // 245lbs Now: 125kg // 275lbs

I'm going to be slow bulking to 90kg // 200lbs and I'm aiming to reach there within 7-8 months, so I'll be trying to gain a little more than 1kg a month.

I actually didn't do OHP for a long time so I've probably just maintained strength. Now that I'm logging I'm going to start doing them as a main lift and focus on increasing it.

    CURRENT PICTURES:

    Back Front

    Programming:

So my goals are to build as much muscle as possible, but I also want to get really strong(squat bench deadlift ohp). So I'm going to be training 5 days a week, and I'll use Greg Nuckols' progression for squat, bench and OHP. If you want to check it out it's here http://www.strengtheory.com/train-smarter/. Basically you he's got different training methods for each lift, how advanced you are and how many days a week you want to lift. Go check it out. I'm going to do his 1x/week novice bench press programming for both bench press and OHP. For the squat I will do his 2x/week squat beginner programming.

    Monday:
    OHP progression
    Bench press volume
    Chest/Arms accessories

    Tuesday:
    Squat progression
    Deadlift variation 3x3-5
    Abs/Pullups

    Thursday:
    Bench press progression
    OHP volume
    Shoulders/Triceps accessories

    Friday:
    Squat progression
    Heavy deadlift 2x3

    Saturday:
    Bench press variation 6x4
    Back/Biceps accessories
