Step by step you get ahead, but not necessarily in fast spurts. But you build discipline by preparing for fast spurts. Slug it out one inch at a time, day by day. At the end of the day - if you live long enough - most people get what they deserve.

Then what's a good fukn program? In the routine section of this forum they said that was a good place to start. But if I'm not making gains I might as well switch.
frustrating as fuk. I can manipulate my weight with food, I lift at least 3 times a week and I'm getting strength gains but it just doesn't seem like I'm growingNeeds to get back in to the gym crew
