What is your target and what areas do you feel needs improvement?
For example, I am trying to gain size & strength.. I know I lack protein since the consequence of managing a large franchise is I don't have time to eat :/

i am using muscletech nitrotech performance series
should i take it twice aday or 4 times ?

I currently take whey twice a day (with greens, cinnamon, turmeric, and/or pink salt) to help get my protein intake in.
No one has the magic number of how many servings of whey you ought to take; it is all dependent on what your daily protein intake is and if you need supplements to help you reach it
It helps to plan your day/week/year ahead of time, and I always have a tub or two in stock in case of unexpected scenarios
